Advarsel/update bet365 disconnection

Skrev i en tidligere tråd, jeg desværre ikke kan finde, om hvordan deres software er crashet på min pc uden at have mistet forbindelsen til internettet. Har været i kontakt med deres support om at få buyin tilbage fra de ramte tourneringer, det vil de dog ikke.

It has been confirmed that the connection problems you experienced were related to your connection to our software. Therefore on this occasion, a refund will not be offered for tournament 808380463, 808380322, 808380886, 808380664, 808379442 and 808379373.

As you will appreciate, due to the nature of the Internet and the fact the route which is used to establish a connection from a player's computer to the Multi Player Poker system relies on other 3rd party's networks, we are unable to guarantee that there will always be a good and stable connection to our system.



You may be able to prevent your disconnections in a couple of ways. Firstly, whilst attempting to play poker, you should close down any downloads and any other programs that may be using up your Internet bandwidth, this will leave more available to you whilst playing poker, giving you a stronger connection.

Secondly, you will need to configure your computers Firewall or Router to allow it to access our

software. If you are unsure of how to do this if, please confirm the Firewall software you are using so that we may assist you further.
