Cashout Bestpoker

Jeg forsøgte for et øjeblik siden, at lave et cashout til Neteller på Bestpoker, og fik denne meddelelse:

"You are withdraw blocked. Please contact support if you have any questions."

Javelja... det lyder jo spændende. Så jeg kontakter support på livechat:

isbamse: I just tried to make a withdraw, and was told, i am withdraw blocked. How comes?

Katarina: Because you are an affiliate

Katarina: I'm afraid our Payment department had to make this temporary restriction on affiliate accounts

isbamse: and what do i do, to make a withdraw?

Katarina: You can still cashout to Banktransfer and Monaeybookers

Katarina: It's only creditcards and Neteller that is blocked

isbamse: Theres no way to cash out to neteller?

Katarina: Sorry, no. Not at the moment

Katarina: You should have gotten a mail about it, but here's what it contained:

Katarina: Dear Affiliate. There is a temporary change regarding cashouts from affiliate accounts. All cashouts from affiliate accounts thru VISA and Neteller are temporarily suspended. However, bankwithdraw and Moneybookers are still available as usual for cashouts from affiliate accounts. Note that this is only a temporary change and VISA/Neteller will be back shortly for affiliates to cashout. Best regards, Emil Söderblom ------------- Cashier Manager Bestpoker.com

Katarina: I don't know more than you at the moment

Jeg er jo ikke lukket helt ude. Banktransfer er altid en mulighed. Men nu vil jeg jo gerne lige bruge Neteller.

Er der nogen af jer, der kender grunden til at de har blocket cashout til lige Visa og Neteller for affiliates? - og for den sags skyld, måske endda ved noget om, hvor længe det varer?

Hvorfor spurgte du ikke Katarina?

Jeg spurgte om, hvornår det igen bliver muligt. Grunden kom jeg først til at tænke på bagefter :)

Jeg var ude for det samme Nano.

Var blocked i 3 uger imens de rev og sled i ongame netværket. Problemet er at ongame ikke vil have at deres skins betaler affiliate cashouts med de betalings midler ongame også tilbyder (neteller, visa etc.)

Snak med Emil Soderblom hos bestpoker han skal nok sørge for det bliver ordnet. Ongame indførte de nye regler 1 November.

Dog skal jeg stadig undgå affilaite cashouts til neteller og bede om check/banktransfer hehe

P.S du er heldig kun at være cashoutout blocked jeg var 100% blocked af ongame - Det sugede Røv :-)
