Forstår ikke hvorfor det er så dårligt - de når rent faktisk at rette op på fejlen i stedet for at lade dig leve i troen om noget forkert.

hvis man ikke finder chatten gruopvækkende er man vist så hærdet som man kan blive.

mit spørgsmål er omkring deres mest standard promotion, altså deres top promotion til at hive nye spillere ind med. Dette formår "kelly" så at give forkerte informationer omkring op til flere gange på trods af jeg refererer til deres T & C's. Det er den mest basale form for support de ikke engang kan opfylde som standard. Dette kan de ikke engang formå at klare

Da dette bestemt ikke er første gang jeg oplever at boss supporten fucker totalt op tænkte jeg at jeg ville dele deres inkompetence med PN.

Uden at involvere mig i hvorvidt det her er et eksempel paa fatal support eller ej er det ret kendt at Boss "standard-support" stinker lidt. Hvis du vil have ordentlig support b0r du hive fat i din affiliate.

Vi håndterer faktisk mere og mere support på PokerNet, fordi netværkene insisterer på, at have totalt blanko checks ansat. Så folk kontakter os i stedet. For det meste kan vi svare direkte og andre gange tager vi fat i en poker manager (som obv er hævet over support niveauet) og så får man faktisk rimelig kompetente svar.

Vi kæmper med det samme skidt på Merge. Deres supportere er så ekstremt langt ude, at jeg ofte tror jeg bliver punked, hvis jeg læser de svar nogle kunder har fået.
