Entraction - Dansk?

Er jeg den eneste som ikke kan skifte om til engelsk sprog på entraction efter jeg har dl den nye danske side?

Har skrevet til supporten, og fået det svar at den desværre kun er på dansk.. MAX tilt hvis det er rigtigt..

Intet software som kræver at man benytter det engelske sprog kan bruges på denne platform, så det er ikke så smart 24h poker.

Hvilket Entraction site har i fået til at virke efter de har skiftet til NEM Id? Jeg kan ikke komme videre så snart jeg skal gentage mit cpr-nummer under login til klienten og har snakket med flere med samme brok på tværs af Entraction skins..

Jeg kan slet ikke komme til at downloade en klient der virker. Er oprettet med Nem-id og verificeret og hvad der står i mailen man ellers skal, what to do?

Skal i gang med at spille lidt igen her i det nye år.
Så tænkte om der var nogen som har en liste over de poker klienter, hvor det pt. er muligt at skifte om til engelsk sprog så man stadig kan benytte ens rustne PT3?

Og hvad med PN's samarbejdspartnere som ikke har engelsk sprog? Er det noget der bliver arbejdet på?

Har lige skrevet til purple lounge som udgiver deres danske version her d.16 for at få at vide om det blir det samme helvede med dem!

Sygt tiltende med dansk sprog i klienten, ja!

Er også ved at blive sindsyg, vi burde alle sende en klage mail og sige vi vil have en engelsk version..

Jeg har allerede sagt hvad jeg mener om det til entraction, håber flere følger med.. Det er da monster tiltende, har stadig ikke vendet mig til det :(

Please change the wording "Alt ind" to "Butik"
I think this change should make it workable for everyone.

We are currently investigating in this. Our main goal is of course to provide our Danish players with the best gaming experience as possible.

At the moment we are gathering a lot of feedback from our Danish players.

As soon as anything has been decided regarding this matter, I will post the news here.

I thought I should play on 24h. However, given a Danish client, I'm definitely playing elsewhere.. Huge dealbreaker for me.

I've just made a deposit and downloaded the client. When I open it says "The access to our poker software is blocked from your current location. Funds avaiable in your poker balance can be cashed out anytime by logging into the website"

Am I doing something wrong? It worked well when I should deposit with nem ID.

eh, still support profile on site? tbh, then i dont see what there is to investigate here i believe it isent hard to alow an english client. i think its the most odd i have ever seen and heard. you say your goal is to provide danes the best experince and yet the software can only be in danish.

not to be rude but this ia huge fail from 24h pokers side. is there any news here? because i got answer from you/your support regarding the software language.

what information is that you are going to provide? online support came with an exuse that it was because of the new law. i re-searched and got answer that none danish companies some times could mis-understand and in this case you are, ive got answer from "spille-myndigheden" gaming authority, that there is in no way that any rules law etc, there says that it isent alowed to provide with english software. i can even forward you the email, but that your support on site already refused to kinda.

forgive me but its actually abit of a laugh and on the other hand its quite sad
i had been looking forward to play at your room but i will follow the people here as well by not starting to play at your room.

in this post i dont mean any offence, just kinda frustrated. but i find it VERY strange by some as easy (i think) to offer us english client.

if it is because its to hard making english software client for us, then why not just say if its the case instead either say its under investigation or as your online support also said that they hoped in near future there maybe would be.
