"Hi Michael,
My name is Celia and I am the support representative at Pacific Poker
dealing with your query today.
Michael, I understand your frustration with regard to not being able to
view other player's cards especially when they win the side pot.
Our software is designed so that members have the option to 'auto muck
losing hands'. Once this box has been checked then, even though, after
going All-In, a player may win a share of the pot, if it is a lesser
share, and the hand is regarded as a losing hand, thus the 'auto muck'
comes into play.
However, for your convenience I have attached, to this email, a screen
shot of the winning hands and you can see that player 'martyx' won the
side pot with trips, pocket 3's and the third on the community board.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience
and understanding in this matter."
