I begge tilfælder var det selvfølgelig de satans røde russere!!!

Her er party's svar, tog under 12 timer for dem at reportere tilbage hvilket de skal have ros for.

the 'disconnect protect' feature.

We have thoroughly investigated skolse999's and pdiloop’s account
histories with a particular focus on these players previous usage of
this feature.

On skolse999's account we have found that the hand you reported to us
was indeed suspicious and as the investigation has revealed further
suspicious disconnects in the past, we have proceeded to block the
protection feature for this account. In future, should the player
disconnect, his/her hand will be folded. The player concerned has been
sent an email explaining the reason for our actions.

On pdiloop’s account we have detected no suspicious pattern which could
not be explained by internet connection or hardware problems at this
stage. However we have placed a file note on the account and sent an
email to the player informing him/her of the investigation and making
the player aware that potentially suspicious disconnects are monitored.

Although certain hands do appear to be suspicious, we could never state
for certain that a player had disconnected by design.

We keep detailed records of all player disconnections and use this
information in an attempt to ascertain a player's motive. If we detect a
pattern of disconnecting at key moments where a player has to make a
decision facing a bet or raise, then we act immediately to remove the
'disconnect protection' facility from the player's account.

Even when taking this ultimate action, we recognise that there is still
a chance that an unstable connection may have been the cause of the
disconnection.

For that reason, we do not reimburse players that may have been
affected.
