Må BWIN det?

Har lige modtager en mail fra bwin med følgende tekst:

yep, du skriver stort set under på de ejer din første fødte ved at "agree to terms and conditions" når du laver din konto.


bwin er storslemme hvad det angår, hvis jeg var dig ville jeg som så mange andre finde et andet sted at spille.

Men er grunden til han har fået denne besked ikke at han har fundet et andet sted at spille :)?

Edit: Oh selvfølgelig er det kun indtil kontoen rammer 0 og vil jo være ligegyldigt hvis man ikke har penge stående der. My bad :)

a) If the User does not (i) place a bet with real money, or (ii) plays with real money in the area of Poker, Casino or Games for any consecutive period of 12 months, then after these 12 months the User's account will be deemed as "Inactive" ("Inactive Accounts").

b) Inactive Accounts will be charged an administrative fee (the "Inactive Account Fee") in the amount of EUR 5* per month. bwin will deduct the Inactive Account Fee from the User's account balance beginning at the end of the month the account has become an Inactive Account and then at the end of every following month, until the account balance is zero. bwin is entitled to change the Inactive Account Fee from time to time.

c) bwin will stop deducting the Inactive Account Fee from the User's account balance if the account balance is zero or if the account is re-activated by placing a bet with real money or playing in the area of Poker, Casino or Games with real money.

d) If the account balance is zero and the User account is inactive for a period of eighteen consecutive calendar months, bwin is entitled to close the account.

OMG..

Er vel sådan set heller ikke urimeligt, at diverse spillesteder ikke gider at fungerer som banker for brugere der ikke har været logget på i halve og hele år??

hahaha du gjorde lige en stresset arbejdsdag udeholdelig i 3 timer mere :D

Jeg spillede lidt på bwin for nogle år siden. Lagde poker på hylden i nogle år og loggede for nyligt ind på min konto igen.

Jeg var glædeligt overrasket over at se at der var ca. 550 kr på den.
Da jeg gik ind i transaction history kunne jeg dog se at de havde suget 560 kr i inactivity fees...

Det er ikke kun bwin der gør det. Party gør det ihvertfald også.

sådan semi usmageligt at de aktivt har tænkt på en måde hvordan de kan nuppe dem af deres kunder der dør hvert års penge.

Neteller gør det også -- jeg tror det er ret udbredt

Jeg har lukket min konto hos bwin.

For det er da de mest håbløse der findes på betting/poker markedet.
