Hotels depends 100% on your budget and what facilites you need, thre been many examples in different threads last 6 months.

I always recommend Onyx apartment hotel, its 1 min walk from Portomaso, as well as around the corner to Paceville. Its new and fresh, AC and wifi included. Onyx
