mermaid poker install probs

Jeg har downloadet mermaid klienten men når jeg åbner programmet begynder klienten at downloade seneste opdatering. Dette ender ud i at jeg får følgende fejlmeddelelse: "unable to rename file './vistaelevator64.dll_' to './vistaelevator64.dll'. Is it protected?"
Jeg har forsøgt at lede efter filen på min comp men uden held, ligeledes forsøgt at køre som administrator selvom jeg aldrig har haft problemer ellers.
Jeg kører win7 btw.
Any ideas?

Hi Kim,



This is most likely due to an Anti-Virus software that he has running. We have experienced this problem on computers running Sophos Anti-Virus software during client installation and updates (but not during normal startup and gameplay). He should be fine if he inactivates his AV software during installation and update of the client. He can then reactiviate the AV software again.



There is unfortunately nothing we can do to prevent this from happening since the AV software decides which files should be treated as suspicious or not. We have been in contact with Sophos but they have not made any changes to this.
