Har nu i 3 dage forgæves forsøgt at få mit password udleveret, og der sker ikke en skid.
Andre som har prøvet det ?

Jeg spiller selv på mermaid, og har ALDRIG haft nogen problemer, så mon ikke det løser sig.. husk på det er jo weekend.. ;)

The support at Mermaid is the same as for the whole network Boss.
And i can agree they are not the sharpest tool in the box, and all skins are working on getting it better. We are just as frustrated as players over that.
If you mail us direct we can help you. bm@mermaidpoker maybe isnt by computer yet, familytime.
ship me an email and i handle it ASAP. Am by computer right now.
pls put your pin, name, adress, birth details in the email (goes quicker then me asking for it in a mail, i dont have access to these information at my home)
