Jeg har spillet NL Holdem cash game i ca. et år, og den eneste vej det er gået, er fremad. Jeg har ikke oplevet en måned med minus eller nogen som helst form for modgang på min vej fra NL10 til NL400.
Jeg har ikke rigtig været inde i nogen form for downswing eller det der minder om.
Jeg rykkede op på NL400 i slutningen af marts, og har haft rigtig godt fat på bordene hele måneden. Jeg har også været omkring NL600, når der har siddet nogle gode fisk på de borde.
I går oplevede jeg så hvad jeg et eller andet sted, frygtede ville ske en eller anden dag. Godt nok er det sikkert vand ved siden af, hvad andre har oplevet, men skriver egentlig bare det her for at vise, at man sagtens kan miste selvkontrollen, selvom man føler man har et godt tag på sine modstandere.
En af mine forcer har været, at jeg er rimelig god til at stoppe med at spille, når jeg er running bad, eller spillet ganske enkelt ikke fungerer. Plejer at køre med 3-4 BI som stop-loss-strategy, men i går slog hjernen fra pga. 4-5 klamme hænder i begyndelsen af sessionen.

... Som taget ud af min hand history de sidste par måneder. Synes dog det er fantastisk godt gået, at du er gået fra NL10 til NL400 uden at opleve nogen deciderede bump på vejen. Respekt for det.
Klamme setups mange af dine hænder men du ryger "kun" ind i 3 deciderede bad beats i de postede hænder... Resten af gangene er du enten meget svag favorit eller laaaangt bagud. Dermed ikke sagt at jeg havde spillet dem meget anderledes... Op på hesten igen og tænk langsigtet.

Ja det er ikke lige så sjovt altid,jeg vandt også meget i en lang periode og fik så et vildt downswing.Når det sker har man ikke lyst til at tale med nogen de næste par dage og alt synes uretfærdigt og nederen.
