- der handlede om misbrug af min Netellerkonto.
Jeg kan berette at jeg nu efter et halvt års ventetid har fået svar fra Netellers yderst professionelle support:
"Dear Mr. Mads Moeller,
I am sincerely sorry for the delay of our response. The person who was working on your ticket is no longer with our company. Your ticket was then misplaced and not followed up properly. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause to you. Please rest assure that I will work with you closely from now on."
