Neteller gebyr refund-no more?

Som instrueret i tråden [a:http://www.pokernet.dk/forum/show.asp?tid=112673][a], skriver jeg til Neteller og beder om at få mine gebyrer tilbage. Men i stedet for at få hevet en masse dollinger tilbage på mit Neteller kort, får jeg følgende mail:

NETELLER includes a notification of the following prior to final confirmation of your withdrawal to NETELLER Card:

- 2 unit NETELLER card withdrawal fee
- The exchange rate used
- Amount of Canadian dollars that will be loaded to NETELLER card
- 1.9% foreign exchange processing fee

There is a second exchange conversion applied to the Canadian dollars on your NETELLER Card when you withdraw funds at an ATM machine. This exchange rate is applied by the ATM machine proprietor. NETELLER does not control or profit from the ATM machine exchange rate.

The NETELLER exchange rate is well below bank rates and the NETELLER Card offers the convenience of instant withdrawals.

Please call NETELLER Customer Service at (toll free number for that country) and ask to speak to Processing Support should you have any further questions.
