Neteller Strategi

Hej

Jeg har utallige gange forsøgt at komme igennem til Neteller, både via live chat, telefon og email. Men ingen respons.

Min konto er blevet lukket, jeg regner med at det er fordi jeg har logget på fra en anden IP adr.

Mit spørgsmål er så om der er nogle af jer der har en god strategi til hvordan man kommer i kontakt med dem?

Er der nogle gode tidspunkter at ringe på? Det skal siges at jeg ringet til deres US nr da jeg kun har mobil. Tager de telefon hvis man bruger deres danske nr?

Jeg fik ca. 25 af de beskeder før jeg kom igennem til dem her for en uges tid siden.

Cant be just the IP adress that blocked your account.. i log on to my neteller where ever i need (travel i work a lot so...) and i never been blocked.

Jeg kom igennem pr. mail, men der gik næsten 3 uger før jeg fik et svar,
