To sync across devices, first sign in to the app used to purchase.
Clear history/cache, restart your browser, restart app, delete and reload app to begin troubleshooting.
Some users experience a loop during login or registration. We've improved the volume of this error and are working to resolve completely. Attempt to sign in with username and NOT email address. If not resolved, reply here with as much detail, including step-by-step of pages in the loop, as possible.
We are currently working to resolve a bug that prevents users from rewinding or fast forwarding Game Pass games on Android.
If you are signed in and the Subscribe page come up, please attempt to sign out and sign back in. We are aware of and working to resolve this issue.
NFL Mobile on Windows currently has some bugs that we're working on fixing that affects access to Game Pass content.
We are aware of - and have already worked to reduce - an issue that forces users into a loop when trying to register and/or access Game Pass. We are working hard to resolve this issue completely. Please attempt to sign in using your username and NOT your email address. If this does not help at all, please work with us to remedy the problem by replying with - if you haven't provided already - as much detail as possible, including but not limited to device, browser, connection, app, whether these things are updated or not, version, and step-by-step of the pages you encounter in the loop.
Apple TV
NFL Game Pass is now available on Apple TV through the NFL App. If you are having trouble accessing content, first you must make sure that your Apple TV software is up to date. If the issue persists, while in the App go into SETTINGS and select "Purchase/Restore Game Pass" and then sign back in.
A few other ways to troubleshoot Apple TV include:
Make sure that Apple TV is within range, connected to the wireless network and that other devices on the same network can access the internet.
Try restarting Apple TV at Settings > General > Restart. If the problem persists, try restarting your modem or router.
If you are having trouble watching videos, there may be problems with the speed of your internet connection. Contact your internet service provider to check or upgrade your connection speed. You can also try lowering the Video Resolution setting in Settings > Itunes Store.
Refunds
Users who registered for Game Pass within our iOS app, without having been signed in to the app as a registered NFL.com user, should reach out to Apple regarding a refund.
For a refund, please reply. We will grant every eligible refund request one by one; we appreciate your patience.
