Can anyone who has NordicBet poker, check that promotion and screenshot me leaderboard that is visible in any of promotion slots?
I can not see it anymore on my account, I talked withh support, but they told me that someone will look into it. Problem is that it is ongoing tournament, that finish today and because of some bug in software I cannot participate or know what place I am currently at. So basicly they deny me my chance to win some money - since I was on one of paid positions, but dont know how it changed, since cannot see it. Probably it will finish before support will do something with it.
If someone can log into casino, click on promo, choose one of promotion slot games and screen shot me leaderboard that is available in game I will be very thankful.

I assume the above post is regarding our Casino Campaign named March Missions. The leaderboard for this one should be shown on the eligible slots as per the campaign page, could you kindly confirm that this is not the case with a screenshot in a PM to me, I shall then escalate any issue there might be to the correct instance.

But to the topic...
You are correct. The thing is that leaderboard and even tracking of my own points was working on the begining, but yesterday(last day of 3rd mission) I didnt have leaderboard embed into any of 4 promotional casino games. As well as I could not see how many points I have gather. I wrote to support, who said it will be forwarded to technicians and later contacted with me by email, to ask for screeshots of it happening, which I provided. Sadly timing was bad, because I realized, that there is less than 24h until Mission 3 ends, so have no idea, did I get any prize. Last time I could see leaderboard I had 5th position, which granted 500kr bonus, but I was playing a lot more after(without seeing leaderboard and mine own position) Others probably did the same, so I was wondering did I manage to get any prize at all - at the end of the day.
Pity, but I understand, that even if someone will start working on it straight away, it is probably imposible to repair software issue, in such short time. Especially if program is runnig in real time on server as well as end user PCs... Maybe it would be nice if Ranking/Leaderboard would be also posted on Your web page, but You couldnt know that beforehand - maybe it could be done in the future.
