Så har Party gennemført næste skridt af deres strategiplan. Det gamle Empire skin er blevet opkøbt af Party for $250m. Empire kører således kun deres Noble netværk fra nu af.
"Dear Affiliate,
We announced today that we have agreed with PartyGaming Plc to terminate
all
of our "skin" agreements with them and transfer to them our interests in
the
related websites (which include empirepoker.com, aceclub.com and
starluckcasino.com). Although this agreement is conditional upon the
approval of our shareholders (which is expected to be on 6 March 2006)
we have structured the transaction so that these skin agreements will in
effect cease to apply from today"s date.
From now on, therefore, we will be concentrating our efforts on our
www.NoblePoker.com and www.ClubDicecasino.com brands.
Our agreement with you in respect of the PartyGaming websites needs to be
modified so that from today"s date it will only relate to the websites
which
we will be retaining rather than PartyGaming"s websites. Technically, this
means that our existing affiliate agreement with you is terminated with
immediate effect in respect of the PartyGaming websites only and we will
need to enter a new agreement with you in exactly the same terms but in
relation to NoblePoker.com and ClubDiceCasino.com. We will be in touch
shortly to
sort out the necessary arrangements. We will of course honor all payments
due to you up to today"s date under our existing affiliate agreement with
you.
We would like to thank you for working with us and we hope to continue
working with you in the future. If you have any queries, please write back
to us and we will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may
have."
Man kan så kun gisne om hvornår Empire og Multipokers spillere bliver ført over til det nye system, således at PokerNow og Intertops praktisk talt går ned og således også bliver nødt til at blive opkøbt.
