Jeg har samme problem, super tiltende at skulle oprette ny konto hver 30. dag. Fik dette svar da jeg fik fat i nogen udenfor party's "basic support"

This problem with the NemID verification came from the Danish regulator and I’ve been following up on the incident for it more than an year. We’ve been waiting for the regulator to fix the issues from their end and the latest comments suggest this stands fixed. This problem did not affect all accounts, but when it appeared there was nothing we could do to fix the affected account directly.
And accounts that are not verified via NemID on log in, are automatically closed when 30 days from the first deposit pass. This is a regulatory requirement, so our only way around is ask for new accounts be registered and hope the issue won’t capture the new account and follow up to transfer the funds over from the old to the new account(s)."
Jeg har nu haft 3 konti hos dem og jeg får aldrig pengene automatisk udbetalt, men har haft mailet dem hvorefter de har flyttet pengene over på mine nye konti.
