Hello, guys! Sorry for not talking in Danish, first of all.
I would kindly like to ask only for people who know that by accuracy of 100%. Maybe it is hard to find me that because I write in English and then convert it to danish.
How are the taxes paid in Denmark today?
The accurate questions is, what percentage of winning you have to pay for government?
And the other question is: can you deduct losses from winning or you just make a cashout and you straightaway have to pay for it?
AGAIN, THIS QUESTION IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME SO PLESE, ONLY ACCURATE ANSWERS.
Thank you! ❤️
Paying taxes for poker in Denmark!
If money is won from a EU regulated site, its tax-free
For EU sites and within EU no taxes. For winnings from outside of EU tax has to be payed, and you can deduct costs/losses from this.
Guys, thank you very much! ❤️ I am asking because I have been playing on DK platform and have some profit and I really don't want to have any problems, and as I am guest here I don't have who to ask these questions. I play in PokerStars, so do I have to pay taxes for it? How many percents of winning does it make? And are you really sure that I can deduct losses and only have to pay for the net profit?
Thank you very much again!

If you live in Denmark and pay danish taxes, PokerStars is tax exempt.

Nottrol, I have net gain of a lot of money, and I have just been living in Denmark for one year, so don't do the shame for normal polite danish people and get the hell outta here.

See post #3 and go do what the hell you want.
Edit: It is in Danish but is basically in short the regulation surrounding the law of being exempt from paying taxes on poker winnings within the EU.
I am afraid that I have to talk with some assholes like with the assholes because it is just the way they are and thanks for normal people. Why am I asking this question a couple of times because the same danish lawyer has written a post that you must declare your incomes and the losses can't be deducted because THERES IS NOT SUCH PROFESSION IN DENMARK AS POKER PLAYER. So this is one thing and the other thing the same sweet danish accountant when I asked her told me that you have to pay taxes and can't deduct losses. So be mad not at me but at your danish people who are dump. And yes I guess I will have to follow your instructions and not to pay taxes for my big winnings ir would be hard to believe that ten people sit in poker forum pretend to be Bruces almighties and but actually don't know nothing about that. Or their winnings are 10kr per year so maybe that's why they say that you don't have to pay taxes, because nobody cares such sums of money.

Strange people. All danish want other to be very polite everywhere but are pigs themselves. I came here to ask a question, and it is very important for me to know that 100 percent, because your gorvernemt is very 'smart' and deport foreigner for nothing, thats why I asked. And third time repeating, go and kick your danish lawyer assess because they told me that!
