Jeg ville være taknemmelig hvis der var en, der ville give mig lidt indsigt i hvordan det helt præcist fungerer vedrørende FTP tilbagebetaling.

Hvis du har fået en mail fra FTP så burde det stå i denne.
Hvis ikke du har fået en mail er det nok fordi at de tager følgenede nu:

-Players with account balances of over $3,500 (or €3,000) as of 29 June, 2011.

AND

-Players who were registered to addresses outside the United States of America (or territories of the United States of America)

Hvad gør man hvis man registrerede sin konto med en gammel lukket E-mail. :(

Jeg må indrømme ikke at have fuldt meget med den sidste måneds tid, men har blot hørt de er kommet nærmere launch og derved udbetaling. Kan du fortælle mig hvor jeg finder en Support-adresse de rent faktisk læser og svarer på, er det til PokerStars, eller er der blevet oprettet en ny?

Skuffy, jeg tror ikke det gælder Danske Spillere siden de ikke lige regner med at få dansk licens osv med det samme. Er ikke inde i det helt, mener jeg bare at have læst.

Ja det er sådan jeg har forstået det gennem 2+2. Jeg har dog heller ikke selv modtaget en mail og har derfor rykket for svar.

Meget hurtigt svar fra FTP :

We have an obligation to protect the security of our players’ funds. We will establish a procedure to verify the information of our players’ accounts if they do not remember the email address registered and password of their accounts. At this time we can not provide you with any specific details on your account balance or anything else specific to your account and are verifying only a specific subset of our player base. Due to volume concerns, we are optimising our resources in targeted correspondence. We will contact you in due course should we require you to verify your account. We hope you appreciate that we will have a lot to review, verify/authenticate and will do our best to keep our players informed once information is available. As you know, we have now concluded our agreement with the US Department of Justice and hence commit to paying players back and relaunching the Full tilt Poker site within 90 days, by November the 6th. Hmm wierd jeg har en del mere end 3500$ stående og ikke modtaget nogen mail.

Tror jeg sender en email til [email protected] og ser hvad de svare.

Shyam Markus (FTP rep) har på 2+2 skrevet, at det kun er en lille del af deres spillere, der har fået den mail. Alle, der har fået mailen, er non-us og har over $3500 på deres konto, men det er ikke alle, der er non-us med over $3500 på deres konto, der har fået mailen

Holy crap det var hurtig service

Sendte FTP en email kl. 15:59 og fik svar 16:03 hvor min email er den samme som i post nr 15.

Så nu skal jeg bare sende det afsted og vente i guess !!

We sent the email to those players because of their large account balance. Because Full Tilt Poker is now regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission, they impose tight requirements upon Full Tilt Poker to properly identify the owners of accounts. In addition, we expect that this will help to secure your account by ensuring that only you can access it.
