I would raise that from sb(if he is not aggro monkey), but limping is fine too.

Its fine to betpot it on flop and turn, though the board is so dry, that better players wont make the call with 75xx or bottom two. I dont like your river bet, the pot is 27$ , I would have bet around 18$, if he shoves then you still have the possibility to fold, but if you bet that much, you dont really have fold equity.

My line would have seen this way:betpot flop, turn 7$ into 9$, river 14 to 23$.
