#1| 0

Hej guys!

I am new on this forum, this is my first post. I dont know if its okay, that I write English, if its against the forum rules, than I can try Danish(my writing is a bit bad)

About the hand: Naskoxx is obv a fish, there are several questions regarding this hand.

1: Squeeze on the flop oop, and then how to react to maybe a 4bet from him?

2: On turn, I dont like c/r that much, pbly donk/call is better and why?

Could be very helpful if you gave us any information about what cards your holding and so on.

Mate you should post the hand instead of referring to a link.

Just copy the hand(s) and use the " " to colourcode them, so people can comment on it in the thread instead of opening a new window :)

Dont you have HEM or PT3 omaha version?

@david

Further more. Please notice that linking to any kind of poker-related sites that offers rakeback or bonusses will be removed by admins of PokerNet and you will be warned if it's repeated.

Incase you do have you just rightclick on the hand in your HEM og PT3 and say "view selected hand histories".

Then you can copy it.

I have corrected it, so I must not link from weaktight or pokerhandreplays?

@NopokNoFun: Oof course I have HM!Its a must.

@MartinB: I am also member of a Hungarian poker community, where the linking is allowed, and it is shown by the replayer, I dont know exactly how things work here, but I will get used to it;)

Question to everybody: Is it a weaktight format that is supported by this site?

Pretty good hand, horrible position though, but that wont make me hesitate to call pre just because we can hit so many good flops with a decent amount of redraws, and if we miss the flop we can easily fold.

Turn is pretty standard imo, like.. Were only beat by KQxx and Q8xx (pretty unlikely) we got not just one but 2 flush draws in backup in case we are beat.

If we get action from worse made hands on the turn, uhm probably not, depends on villains, but some are just too retarded to let go of sets and strong draws. Given the fact that we got our 2 flush draws there is no chance in hell im folding here especially since were just 100 big blinds deep, would be a much harder decision given we were like 3-400 big blinds big and there were heavy postflop action.

I think you played it fine, it would be horrible to lead the flop and get raised and had to let it go cuz we prolly won't get like any action from hands who beats us since the hand i 4-handed.

I like your C/R on turn. We probably wont have much luck squeezing more money of out of him in case the river completes and the range that your flatcalling his turn-bets with mostly are draws for or flushes combined with pairs or such.

Well played.

Ty for answer. So calling is fine pf, to keep the pot low. Turn play: after reviewing the hand probably turn bet/call is way better, than c/r imo, because villain is a retard, he could easily have 2pair+, and my equity is fine against, though if I choose to c/r then the only card he could really call with is KQ , or maybe a set with a fd.

ye calling pre is fine. It's like. Most of the times we play a hand of this type we can either hit the flop huge or don't hit it at all. That makes it profitable to play.

Of course we have to be able to lay it down if we get too much heat with too poor draws (ie gutshot str8 draw + single flush draw).

It's hard to decide about the turn card and best action. Fact is im never folding (for 100 bb's or like that).

B/Call is fine because he is a retard, he'll might try to make a crazy bluff because he suspects that you would raise turns to protect the big hands.

When it all boils down i think it's a matter of who your up against, but safe to say were not in bad shape, not even to the broadway straight.

and of course ur point about only getting action from KQxx on turn doing a C/R is true of course, though there is exceptions - but default it's a fine thinking in the spot.

I am squeezing it PF and I dont see any reason to c/r turn. Villain isnt bet/calling many hands we are ahead of, if any.

@HolchKnudsen: If squeezing pf, what are you doing to a 4bet?I can imagine these situasions:

Situation 1: Flop comes AT2r and we just c/f
Situation 2: If we get a piece of it (1 pair+fd, is ppbly fine), then I shove.

So, you would just call 4bet, or shove 5bet ai, and gamble?

30-09-2010 01:23 #13| 0

@ OP

Id flat if someone 4bet. See a flop, hit, stack off, win.

Seriously tho. Flatting gives us the opportunity to see a flop and c/f rly bad ones like AA2 or A42mono or whatever.
