Locate the file(s) and copy them to a safe temporary location.
Once you have made a copy of those files, delete our software's cache.
How do I delete the software's cache?
Press the 'Windows' key + 'R' (at the same time).
Copy and paste the following into the 'Search' and press 'Enter':

Locate our software's folder and delete it.
Finally, be sure to restore the file(s), go to:
Help → Open My Settings Folder.
