Måtte lige forhøre mig hos PokerStars om det var muligt at de kunne få EU license..:
---------
PokerStars will certainly consider getting a gaming license in Europe should
the opportunity arise. At present, the legal situation in Europe in unclear
and varies greatly from country to country, and only Gibraltar actually
issues gaming licences (to my knowledge).
PokerStars will never deduct any money from your account or cashouts, and
does not share information with any government tax authority. I'm not sure
how you are being forced to pay tax on your winnings - could you explain
what happens exactly?
---------
new mail:
---------
PokerStars has for a longer period of time been looking towards a European
license. Because of the very turbulent and ever changing regulations and
requirements regarding policies and laws of the gaming industry, it is not
possible for us to give a time frame of when and if we obtain a license in
Europe.
