I'm Italian. There are very few casinos in Italy, and I think no one's near Firenze. AFAIK, the only ones are in Venice, San Remo (where the EPT stops), Campione and Saint vincent (all in the north of Italy).You may for sure find some coffee bar, pub or club that runs some small buy-in tournament and sit&go (usually between 30€ and 100€). The government is debating how to legalize this kind of tournaments. Right now, every city has its own rules. The smallest buy-ins are usually crapshoots, filled with very (very!) bad players.No cash game outside the casinos.Some of the tournaments and clubs are advertised on the forum of http://www.pokeritaliaweb.org/ (in Italian, obviously)
