William Hill deposit problem

Hej PN,

Jeg har i noget tid overvejet at udvide med et sportsbetting site. Valget faldt på William Hill, og efter jeg oprettede mig, prøvede jeg at indbetale 800 dkk. Indbetalingen fejlede, selvom jeg har pengene, hvilket ville være np, hvis det ikke var fordi WH havde reserveret dem fra min bankkonto.



Jeg prøvede supporten, og det gavnede ikke det store.

Nogen der har prøvet noget lignende, og hvordan løste I det? Det er åbenlyst jeg skal have fat i min bank i morgen, dels er det underligt at de rejecter min indbetaling, men det er endnu mere mærkeligt at beløbet er reserveret, når WH-supporteren påstår den ikke er gået igennem.

buub: I've just joined William Hill after getting it recommended, however when I made my first deposit, I got an error message.
Sheila: Hi buub.
buub: I've just checked my bank online and it did charge my account the 800 dkk (roughly €110), but it didn't get credited to my account
Sheila: I'd be more than happy to check your account, please confirm the following information:

- Date of birth
- Answer to your security question – Mother's date of birth (dd/mm/yy)?
buub: I registered a few minutes ago and made the deposit instantly, but my account is empty

buub: I got the error message when trying to deposit the first time, however my bank account did get charged with the "WHO internet" message, but my WH account wasn't credited the amount, or any amount for that matter
Sheila: Thanks. I'd be glad to check it. Please give me 2 – 5 minutes to check that for you.
buub: No problem, I'm not in a hurry, just got startled. And thanks
Sheila: Thanks.
Sheila: Thank you for waiting. The deposit attempts were declined by your bank. Please contact them as we are unable to obtain the reason why they declined the transactions.
buub: Well you reserved the amount I tried to deposit, so that doesn't really make sense
buub: The amount is now frozen on my account

buub: You can't do anything about it?

buub: Is there a chance there's a delay on the deposit due to technical trouble? I know it got declined, but it's odd that the amount got frozen, and it's even more odd that my bank account is indeed good for it.
Sheila: buub, you will have to discuss this with your bank as there's no much information provided to us by your bank. We can only see from our end that your bank declined your deposit.
buub: Okay, I'll do that. Thanks for listening and happy new year.

edit: Har sat tilsvarende beløb ind hos en anden bookmaker, så det er tilsyneladende ikke min bank der fejler noget.

husk i øvrigt lige på at WH ikke har ansøgt / fået licens fra på søndag 1/1

Kan huske, at jeg for nogle år siden stod i samme situation. Pengene bliver frigivet efter noget tid. Jeg mener, at der gik en lille måneds tid dengang.

Få dig et dankort, så vil du ikke opleve det.

Har altid brugt electron til online betting, har ikke oplevet noget lignende. Pisse irriterende.
